In general, these furnaces include the following thermal parts

Preheated zone: where minerals are dried by heat and heated to near calcination temperature. A temperature between 200 and 600 degrees Celsius

Calcification zone: the zone of decomposition of mineral matter due to heat, which is between 800 and 1400 degrees Celsius

Cooling zone: the cooling zone of the baked mineral with the help of blowers
